Hello! I am Lynn Houmdi, the founder of Flexible Working Scotland and co-creator of Making Work Work. I work to make fair, flexible work the norm - through a community of 24,000 people, Scotland's flex-first jobs board, and by working collaboratively with organisations and individuals who share that mission. Scotland's Flex Influencer 2022.
