We’re here to support a diverse group of people who need flexible work in order to deliver their best work, contribute to their family home, livelihood and prosper.

Work shouldn't be balanced up against life, it's part of life. Work needs to work with and around all the other commitments and enjoyment of life. Work that works is good for individuals, good for families, good for business and good for the economy.

The Flexible Working Scotland Facebook group is a community has over 24,000 members supporting individuals and employers to work flexibly and advocate for greater workplace flexibility and equality, across Scotland. Members support each other and share experience and connection. 

Flexible jobs are posted daily as well as the opportunity to attend a range of events to support your on your flexible working journey.

If you are job seeking or facing challenges securing flexible work, join our Facebook community and to ask your question to over 24,000 flexible workers and flexible working advocates to receive tips, suggestions and peer support. Anonymous posting is also possible.
