Firstport is a Scotland-based social enterprise that supports people across the country to start and grow businesses with social impact.

As an organisation that offers flexible ways of working across many of its roles, Firstport joined the Flexible Working Scotland Job Board beta to explore new ways of reaching quality candidates who actively value flexibility at work.

One of the challenges they highlighted beforehand was the lack of recruitment platforms specifically designed for flexible roles that also offer good value for money.

During the trial, the team highlighted how straightforward the platform was to use and how helpful it is to have a space dedicated specifically to employers offering genuine flexibility.

The Firstport team also said they would use the FWS Job Board again in the future and would recommend it to other organisations offering flexible roles.
